Shipping
How and when orders are dispatched, and what to do if something goes wrong in transit.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 12:00 on a working day (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Carrier and service
All orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24. A tracking number is emailed once the parcel is collected. Delivery is normally the next working day after dispatch, though this is a Royal Mail aim rather than a guarantee.
Cost
Tracked shipping is free on orders over £50.00. Below that, a flat tracked rate applies and is shown in your basket before you pay.
Where we ship
UK mainland and Northern Ireland. We do not currently ship internationally. Orders with a delivery address outside this territory will be cancelled and refunded.
Packaging
Lyophilised material is shipped in protective packaging, plainly labelled. Vials carry their batch number so the material can be matched to its record on this site.
Lost or damaged in transit
If tracking shows no movement for five working days after dispatch, or the parcel arrives damaged, email nwpeptides@outlook.com with your order reference and, where relevant, photographs of the damage. Royal Mail treats an item as lost after ten working days; we will reship or refund once that point is reached, or sooner where the damage is evident.
