Who is responsible

Northwest Peptides is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. Contact nwpeptides@outlook.com with any question or request about your data.

What we collect

• Order details — name, email, delivery address, phone if given, and the items ordered.
• Correspondence — emails you send us and our replies.
• Local browser storage — your entry declaration and basket contents, held in your browser, not on our servers.

We do not collect special category data. We do not ask for, see, or store card details.

Why we hold it

To take, fulfil and deliver your order, to respond to you, and to meet our legal obligations. The lawful bases are performance of a contract and, for record-keeping, legal obligation.

Who else sees it

Royal Mail, to deliver the parcel. Our payment provider, once one is appointed, to take payment — they receive your payment details directly and we never see them. Nobody else. We do not sell or share personal data for marketing.

How long we keep it

Order and transaction records are kept for six years, as UK tax law requires. Correspondence not attached to an order is deleted after two years. Basket and declaration data lives only in your browser and clears when you clear site data.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or third-party tracking cookies. It uses browser local storage for two things only: recording that you completed the entry declaration, and remembering your basket between pages. Neither is shared with anyone.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it (where we are not legally required to keep it), or object to how we use it. Email nwpeptides@outlook.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
